ZERO SHIPPING COST (Pick
Up from Supplier Warehouse(s)):
Customers can avoid shipping cost if they are able to pick up the
item from the warehouse of the distributor supplying the item, regardless
of the total value of the order and whether or not the item is bulk
freight item. The table below states the warehouse location of different
suppliers. Not all suppliers have warehouses in multiple locations
and not all suppliers carry all brands. So If you are living in
an area where a particular supplier does not have a warehouse (say
you are based in Christchurch and the "Supplier A' has a warehouse
in Auckland only ) you may not be able to use our pick up from the
distributor option for Supplier A.
The process is like this: Check from the supplier list below if
the supplier location is suitable for you to pick up. Place your
order online or over the phone. Select "Pick Up from your Distributor"
option while checking out. This will tell us to prepare a collection
order for you. We will then contact you with a PickUp number and
collection details. Please note that some suppliers may take upto
2 hours to prepare a collection order. Suppliers do not take payments,
you will have to pay us by internet banking/cash/cheque or credit
card. Cheque payments will need to clear first before an item can
be collected. Please note that not all items are available with
all suppliers and not all suppliers have warehouses in multiple
locations. Please view suppliers list below on this page. Product
pages will identify the supplier of the item you wish to purchase.
Not all suppliers allow pick ups from their warehouses.
Orders under $500:
$10 shipping cost will be added to your order if the total order
value is less than $500 (cash price) and you wish to pick up the
item from our office or have the item delivered to you provided
the item(s) are not bulk freight item(s). Bulk freight items will
carry bulk freight charges where shipping is involved.
Orders over $500:
Shipping is free for orders over $500 (cash price) provided the
item(s) are not bulk-freight item(s). Bulk freight items will
carry bulk freight charges where shipping is involved.
WHAT IS BULK FREIGHT?:
While most items ship on standard couriers, Bulk Freight Shipping
applies to products that are large or ship on bulk freight couriers.
Only a very small number of products listed are bulk freight products.
Please note that not all bulk freight products are marked as bulk
freight in the product description.. So please ask. Bulk Freight
Shipping charges applies only to large items that are shipped
on bulk freight couriers by our suppliers. Bulk Freight Items:
In general, items more than 25 KG by weight or 0.054 Cubic Metres
by volume (outside packaging) or items which are very long are
bulk freight items. Bulk freight shipping charges may vary from
one supplier to another for the same or similar item. Some examples
of bulk freight products: large monitors and televisions (mostly
22" and larger), large printers, projector screens, wide paper
rolls etc.
BULK FREIGHT SHIPPING COSTS
Quotations for Bulk Freight Shipping costs for bulk freight items
are provided on case by case basis depending on various factors
including but not limited to the size and weight of the item,
rates of the carrier and its destination. Not all bulk freight
products are marked as bulk freight in the product description..
So please ask. Bulk freight shipping charges for the same item
can be different with different suppliers, as each supplier has
seperate arrangements with their carriers. In general Bulk Freight
Charges varies from NZ$15 + gst to NZ$150 + gst with some suppliers
(N, S, D) and between NZ$30 + gst and $180 + gst for other suppliers.
Please ask for a quote. Please note that a customer will be made
aware of the shipping costs involved in all cases before an order
is processed where bulk freight charges are involved. Items will
be shipped on bulk freight couriers if and only if the customer
accepts and agrees to the costs. In other words there will be
no nasty surprises.

Please note that a supplier may or may not have the item in stock
at the particular loaction you wish to pick up from. Supplier
